[ Online Survey ]
The Online Survey lets visitors to your page vote in a survey of your
choice.
For
this tutorial, we assume that you know the bare essentials of
FrontPage. For basic help, take a look at the
Guest Counter Tutorial which has
a lot more detail.
This Dynamic Tool introduces the notion of "Templates".
Templates are the files you can use to customise the appearance
of the Dynamic Tools you use.

To get your Online Survey working as quickly as possible, simply follow
the step-by-step instructions listed below.
- Create
a new FrontPage page. Give the page a heading;
seems appropriate at this stage.
- Enter
some descriptive text, such as;

Click Here to vote in my survey.
Click Here to view the results of my survey.

Make the first 'Click Here' a hyperlink to
"/zisp/vote".
Make the second 'Click Here' a hyperlink to
"/zisp/vote_show".
- Now
save the web page (for now, call it "online_survey.html").
If you want to create a "hyperlink" door from your hall
(i.e. index.html) into this room, now is the time to do it.
- Next,
upload your new Online Survey workroom to your web site, open your
Internet browser, and view the page.
Try voting for a few different
categories, and watch the voting statistics change!

the contents of your online. You may want to start again
from scratch, particularly if you've been testing the survey!
