NOTE You do not have to use this standard form template. You can either create a file called:
    /docroot/easyzisp/mailer.html
to change the format of the standard template or you can POST a form from any web page on your site using an action line set to:

    <FORM ACTION="/zisp/mailer" METHOD="POST">

Note if you do not already have the folders called
/docroot/easyzisp and /docroot/_zisp_
in your site then you can create them with your FTP program.
